Swingby는 BabyNote 서비스의 개인정보처리자로서 BabyNote 앱, BabyNote 웹페이지와 고객지원 채널에서 처리되는 개인정보를 책임집니다. 이 방침은 2026년 8월 15일부터 시행됩니다.Swingby is the controller responsible for personal information processed through the BabyNote app, BabyNote web pages, and support channels. This policy is effective August 15, 2026.

민감정보 별도 동의Separate consent for sensitive data
BabyNote는 혈액형, 체온, 투약, 유축, 키와 몸무게를 건강 관련 민감정보로 구분하고, 일반 서비스 이용과 별도의 명시적 동의를 받은 경우에만 해당 기능의 신규 입력·조회·변경을 제공합니다. 처리 목적은 사용자가 선택한 기록의 저장·조회·수정, 성장 기록 표시, 기기 간 동기화와 승인된 가족 공유입니다.BabyNote treats blood type, temperature, medication, pumping, height, and weight as health-related sensitive data. We provide entry, access, and editing of these features only after explicit consent separate from ordinary use of the service. The purposes are to save, view, and edit records you choose to enter, display growth records, sync across devices, and share within an authorized family space.
동의는 아기별로 해당 아기를 등록한 가족 대표가 제공하며, 동의 후에는 초대되어 활성 상태인 공동양육자도 가족 권한 범위에서 해당 정보를 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 동의하지 않아도 수유, 수면, 이유식, 기저귀, 가족 일기 등 기본 기능은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. 신규 아기 등록 단계에서는 혈액형을 수집하지 않으며, 등록 후 별도 동의를 거쳐 선택적으로 입력할 수 있습니다.Consent is managed per baby by the family owner who registered that baby. Once consent is given, invited active caregivers may use the information within their family permissions. Declining does not prevent use of feeding, sleep, baby food, diaper, family diary, or other core features. Blood type is not collected during initial baby registration and can be entered optionally after registration and separate consent.
가족 대표는 앱 프로필의 ‘민감정보 관리’에서 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 해당 아기의 체온·투약·유축 기록, 키·몸무게 측정치와 혈액형이 가족 공간 전체에서 삭제되며 복구되지 않습니다. 기본 돌봄 기록과 가족 일기는 유지됩니다. 개별 기록은 동의 상태에서 앱에서 직접 수정·삭제할 수도 있습니다.The family owner may withdraw consent from “Sensitive Data” in Profile. Withdrawal permanently deletes that baby’s temperature, medication, pumping, height, weight, and blood-type data from the entire family space. Core care records and the family diary remain. Individual records may also be edited or deleted in the app while consent is active.
BabyNote 1.0은 광고를 표시하지 않고, 수집한 정보를 맞춤 광고나 다른 앱·웹사이트에 걸친 추적에 사용하지 않으며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.BabyNote 1.0 does not display ads, use collected information for personalized advertising or tracking across other apps and websites, or sell personal information.

BabyNote는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 아래 외부 서비스를 이용합니다. 네트워크 전송에는 암호화된 연결을 사용합니다. 외부 서비스는 각 계약과 개인정보 보호정책에 따라 동일하거나 이에 준하는 보호조치를 적용해야 합니다.BabyNote uses the external services below only as needed to provide the service. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Each provider is required to apply the same or equivalent protections under its agreement and privacy terms.

외부 인증이나 국외 처리를 원하지 않으면 해당 로그인 방식을 선택하지 않거나 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 BabyNote는 Apple 또는 Google 인증 계정이 필요하므로 모든 외부 인증을 거부하면 계정 기반 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.If you do not want external authentication or international processing, do not choose that provider, or stop using the service and request account deletion. Because BabyNote requires an Apple or Google account, refusing all external authentication prevents use of account-based features.

7. 파기 절차와 방법7. Deletion procedure and methods
보유기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 대상과 공유 상태를 확인한 뒤 지체 없이 파기합니다. 데이터베이스 정보는 복구 목적의 정상 서비스 영역에서 삭제하고, 업로드 파일은 저장소에서 삭제합니다. 기기 안의 민감한 로컬 캐시는 로그아웃·계정 변경·계정 삭제 요청 접수 시 정리합니다.When a retention period ends or a purpose is fulfilled, we review the affected data and its sharing status and delete it without undue delay. Database data is removed from the active service environment, uploaded files are removed from storage, and sensitive local caches are cleared on sign-out, account change, or submission of an account-deletion request.
백업이나 장애 복구용 잔존 사본은 일반 서비스에 사용하지 않고 접근을 제한하며, 서비스 제공자의 백업 순환·삭제 기준에 따라 제거합니다. 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보는 별도로 분리해 보관합니다.Residual copies in backups or disaster-recovery systems are not used for ordinary service, are access-restricted, and are removed under the provider's backup-rotation and deletion terms. Information legally required to be retained is stored separately.
8. 사용자의 권리와 행사 방법8. Your rights and how to exercise them
사용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회와 계정 삭제를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 기록과 프로필을 확인·수정·삭제하고, Profile의 ‘민감정보 관리’에서 아기별 동의를 관리하거나 프로필 설정에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 처리하기 어려운 요청은 개인정보 담당 이메일로 보낼 수 있습니다.You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or account deletion. You can review, edit, or delete records and profiles in the app, manage consent per baby under “Sensitive Data” in Profile, submit account deletion from Profile settings, or email the privacy contact when a request cannot be completed in the app.
본인 또는 적법한 대리인 여부를 확인하기 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 정정·삭제 등 권리 요청은 원칙적으로 접수일로부터 10일 이내 처리 결과 또는 제한 사유와 이의제기 방법을 안내합니다. 다른 가족이 공동 관리하는 기록은 탈퇴 사용자의 직접 식별자를 제거한 상태로 보존될 수 있습니다.We may request the minimum information needed to verify you or an authorized representative. We normally provide the outcome of a correction or deletion request, or the reason and appeal method for any limitation, within 10 days of receipt. 9. 안전성 확보와 아동 정보9. Security and children's information
인증, 암호화된 통신, 데이터베이스 행 단위 접근 규칙, 저장소 권한과 관리자 비밀정보 분리를 사용해 로그인 사용자와 승인된 가족만 데이터에 접근하도록 제한합니다. 다만 어떠한 온라인 서비스도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다.We use authentication, encrypted transport, row-level database access rules, storage permissions, and separation of administrative secrets to limit access to signed-in users and authorized caregivers. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
BabyNote는 부모와 보호자가 사용하는 서비스이며 만 14세 미만 아동이 직접 계정을 만드는 서비스가 아닙니다. 아동의 정보는 적법한 권한이 있는 부모 또는 보호자가 입력·관리해야 합니다. 법정대리인은 위 권리 행사 방법으로 아동 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.BabyNote is for parents and caregivers and is not a service for children under 14 to create their own accounts. A parent or caregiver with lawful authority must enter and manage a child's information. A legal representative may use the rights process above to request access, correction, or deletion of a child's information.
10. 기기 저장 정보와 웹 접속 정보10. Device storage and web access data
앱은 언어·단위·화면 선택, 빠른 기록 설정, 로컬 캐시와 알림 일정을 기기의 UserDefaults 또는 로컬 저장소에 보관할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 해당 기능을 제공하기 위한 것이며, 동기화 대상으로 명시된 기록을 제외하면 기기 밖으로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 또는 앱 내 로그아웃·계정 변경으로 관련 정보의 전부 또는 일부를 정리할 수 있습니다.The app may store language, units, screen selections, quick-record settings, local caches, and notification schedules in UserDefaults or local storage on your device. This supports app functionality and is not sent off-device except for records specifically identified as synchronized data. Deleting the app, signing out, or changing accounts clears all or part of this data.
BabyNote 웹페이지는 언어 선택을 기억하기 위해 브라우저 로컬 저장소에 swingby_language 값을 저장합니다. 맞춤 광고나 교차 서비스 추적 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 이 값을 삭제할 수 있습니다.BabyNote web pages store a swingby_language value in browser local storage to remember your language choice. We do not use personalized-advertising or cross-service tracking cookies. You can remove this value in your browser settings.
11. 방침 변경과 문의11. Policy changes and contact
방침을 변경하면 웹페이지의 최종 수정일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 BabyNote 웹페이지 또는 앱에서 알립니다. 일반 변경은 원칙적으로 7일 전에, 사용자 권리에 불리한 중요한 변경은 원칙적으로 30일 전에 안내합니다. 법령·보안상 즉시 적용이 필요한 경우에는 적용 후 지체 없이 알릴 수 있습니다.When this policy changes, we update the date on this page and announce material changes on the BabyNote website or in the app before they take effect. We normally give 7 days' notice for general changes and 30 days' notice for material changes adverse to users. Changes required immediately by law or security needs may be announced without undue delay after taking effect.
