1. 요청 전에 확인해주세요1. Before requesting deletion

• 계정 삭제가 완료되면 삭제된 단독 가족 공간과 기록은 복구할 수 없습니다.After account deletion is completed, deleted single-caregiver family spaces and records cannot be restored.
• 다른 가족이 함께 사용하는 가족 공간의 기록은 직접 식별자를 제거한 뒤 남은 가족에게 보존될 수 있습니다.Records in a family space used by other caregivers may remain for them after your direct identifiers are removed.
• BabyNote 계정 삭제는 Apple 계정 또는 Google 계정 자체를 삭제하지 않습니다.Deleting your BabyNote account does not delete your Apple Account or Google Account itself.
• 필요한 기록은 삭제 요청 전에 앱에서 확인해 별도로 보관해주세요. 현재 BabyNote는 일괄 내보내기 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.Review and separately save any records you need before requesting deletion. BabyNote does not currently provide a bulk-export feature.

2. 계정 삭제 요청 방법2. How to request deletion

1. BabyNote를 열고 삭제하려는 계정으로 로그인합니다.Open BabyNote and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 프로필 → 설정 → 계정으로 이동합니다.Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
3. 계정 삭제를 선택하고 두 단계 확인 내용을 읽습니다.Select Account Deletion and read both confirmation steps.
4. 삭제 요청하기를 선택합니다.Select Submit Deletion Request.
5. 요청이 접수되면 기기의 민감한 로컬 캐시가 정리되고 앱에서 로그아웃됩니다.After submission, sensitive local caches are cleared and the app signs you out.

로그인할 수 없어 앱에서 요청할 수 없는 경우 고객지원 이메일로 로그인 제공자, 계정 이메일과 요청 내용을 보내주세요. 비밀번호, 인증 토큰 또는 가족 초대 링크는 보내지 마세요.If you cannot sign in and submit the request in the app, email support with your sign-in provider, account email, and request. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or family invitation links.

3. 처리 기간과 결과 안내3. Processing time and outcome notice

앱은 로그인한 사용자의 삭제 요청을 대기 상태로 기록하고, 권한이 분리된 서버 절차로 처리합니다. 원칙적으로 접수일로부터 10일 이내에 삭제를 완료하고 계정에 연결된 이메일로 완료 사실을 안내합니다. Apple 나의 이메일 가리기를 사용했다면 비공개 릴레이 이메일로 안내될 수 있습니다.The app records a pending request for the signed-in user and processes it through a server workflow with separated administrative privileges. We normally complete deletion within 10 days of receipt and notify the email linked to the account. If you used Apple Hide My Email, notice may be sent to your private relay address.

본인 확인, 처리 오류 또는 법령상 보존 의무로 10일 이내 완료할 수 없는 경우에는 그 사유, 예상 일정과 이의제기 방법을 안내합니다. 완료 안내를 받지 못했다면 요청일과 로그인 제공자를 적어 고객지원에 문의해주세요.If identity verification, a processing error, or a legal retention requirement prevents completion within 10 days, we will explain the reason, expected schedule, and appeal method. If you do not receive an outcome notice, contact support with the request date and sign-in provider.

다른 승인된 가족이 없는 경우 다음 정보를 삭제합니다.When no other authorized caregiver remains, we delete:

• Supabase 인증 사용자, 연결된 로그인 식별정보와 BabyNote 사용자 프로필The Supabase authentication user, linked sign-in identifiers, and BabyNote user profile
• 가족 멤버십, 대기 중인 초대와 계정 접근 권한Family memberships, pending invitations, and account access permissions
• 단독 가족 공간의 아기 프로필, 성장·돌봄 기록, 가족 일기, 댓글과 좋아요Baby profiles, growth and care records, family diary content, comments, and likes in a single-caregiver family space
• 단독 가족 공간에 업로드한 프로필·일기·기저귀 사진Profile, diary, and diaper photos uploaded to a single-caregiver family space
• 기기에 남은 해당 계정의 민감한 로컬 캐시Sensitive local caches for that account remaining on the device

5. 다른 가족이 남아 있는 공유 가족 공간5. Shared family spaces with remaining caregivers

아기 데이터가 다른 승인된 보호자와 공유되어 있으면 탈퇴 사용자의 접근 권한, 멤버십과 직접 식별자를 제거합니다. 탈퇴 사용자가 작성한 기록·일기·댓글은 사용자 ID를 제거하고 작성자를 “탈퇴한 사용자”로 바꾼 뒤 남은 가족 공간에 보존될 수 있습니다. 좋아요는 삭제됩니다.If baby data is shared with other authorized caregivers, we remove the departing user's access, membership, and direct identifiers. Records, diary entries, and comments created by that user may remain in the family space after the user ID is removed and the author is changed to “Former User.” Likes are deleted.

공유 아기의 관리 권한과 해당 공간의 파일 소유권은 남아 있는 승인된 가족에게 이전될 수 있습니다. 남은 가족이 가족 공간을 삭제하면 관련 기록과 파일도 함께 삭제됩니다.Administrative responsibility for a shared baby and ownership metadata for its files may transfer to a remaining authorized caregiver. The related records and files are deleted when the remaining family deletes the family space.

6. 제한적으로 보존되는 정보6. Information retained on a limited basis

삭제 완료 후 삭제 요청 원본의 사용자 ID, 이메일과 사유는 제거됩니다. 삭제 처리 증빙과 중복·부정 요청 확인을 위해 요청 ID, 복원할 수 없는 단방향 사용자 ID 해시, 처리 상태와 시각을 최대 1년 보유한 뒤 파기합니다. 법령상 보존해야 하는 정보가 있으면 법정 기간 동안 다른 정보와 분리해 보관합니다.After deletion is completed, the raw user ID, email, and reason are removed from the deletion request. A request ID, non-reversible one-way user ID hash, status, and timestamps may be retained for up to 1 year as deletion evidence and to detect duplicate or abusive requests, then deleted. Information required by law is stored separately for the legally required period.

백업이나 장애 복구용 잔존 사본은 일반 서비스에 사용하지 않고 접근을 제한하며 서비스 제공자의 백업 순환·삭제 기준에 따라 제거합니다.Residual copies in backups or disaster-recovery systems are not used for ordinary service, are access-restricted, and are removed under the provider's backup-rotation and deletion terms.

7. Apple·Google 로그인 연결 해제7. Disconnecting Apple or Google sign-in

BabyNote 계정을 삭제해도 Apple 또는 Google 계정 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다. 외부 인증 제공자에 남은 연결도 직접 해제할 수 있습니다.Deleting your BabyNote account does not delete your Apple or Google account. You can also manually remove any connection remaining with the authentication provider.

Apple로 로그인Sign in with Apple

iPhone 설정 → 사용자 이름 → Apple로 로그인에서 BabyNote 또는 Swingby를 선택한 뒤 삭제 또는 사용 중단을 선택하세요. 메뉴 이름은 iOS 버전에 따라 다를 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, select BabyNote or Swingby, then choose Delete or Stop Using. Google로 로그인Sign in with Google

8. 아기 프로필 삭제와 숨김 처리8. Baby profile deletion and hiding

앱의 “아기 삭제”는 해당 프로필과 기록을 앱에서 보이지 않게 하는 숨김 처리이며, 고객지원 복구를 위해 계정 유지 중 서버와 기기에 보관될 수 있습니다. 영구 삭제가 필요하면 계정 삭제를 요청하거나 고객지원에 해당 아기 프로필의 영구 삭제를 요청해주세요. 공유 아기의 경우 처음 등록한 가족 또는 현재 관리 권한이 있는 가족만 요청할 수 있습니다.“Delete Baby” in the app hides the profile and records from the app; they may remain on the server and device for support recovery while the account is active. For permanent deletion, request account deletion or ask support to permanently delete that baby profile. For a shared baby, only the family that originally registered the baby or currently holds administrative authority may request it.

9. 요청 취소, 상태 확인과 이의제기9. Cancellation, status, and appeals

처리가 시작되기 전에는 고객지원을 통해 삭제 요청 취소를 요청할 수 있지만, 이미 삭제가 시작되었거나 완료된 경우에는 복구할 수 없습니다. 앱에서 요청할 수 없거나 상태 확인, 취소 또는 처리 결과에 대한 이의제기가 필요하면 You may ask support to cancel a deletion request before processing begins, but recovery is not possible once deletion has started or completed.
